  • Free consultation and 3D model session: We’ll meet virtually to review your ideas, note measurements or photos, and create a 3D model of the proposed piece so you can see form, scale, and materials before we build.

  • Accurate build estimates: The 3D model and discussion let us provide a clear, itemized estimate that covers materials, labor, finish, and timeline.

How to schedule

  • Request an appointment by phone, email, or our contact form. Please indicate whether you prefer an in-studio visit, on-site measurement, or virtual meeting.

  • Available times: Weekdays and selected Saturdays. Typical consultation slots are 15–60 minutes.

  • Confirmation: We’ll confirm your appointment with date, time, location (or virtual link), and a brief checklist of what to prepare.

What to prepare before your session

  • Inspiration images or sketches: Photos of styles, details, or existing furniture you like help us understand your aesthetic.

  • Measurements or photos of the space: For on-site visits we’ll take measurements; for virtual sessions, bring a tape measure and photos or a short walkthrough video.

  • Budget range and timeline: Sharing your target budget and any desired completion date helps us design solutions that meet your constraints.

  • Functional requirements: Tell us about usage, weight/load concerns, preferred materials, and finish preferences (stain, paint, natural oils, etc.).

  • Special considerations: Accessibility needs, electrical components, mounting or installation constraints, and any HOA or building regulations.

What to expect at the consultation

  • Review of your goals and constraints.

  • On-site measurements or virtual walkthrough as needed.

  • Discussion of materials, joinery, finishes, and hardware options.

  • Creation of a preliminary 3D model or scheduling of a follow-up session to deliver the model.

  • An itemized estimate and a proposed project timeline, typically delivered within a few business days after the 3D model is completed.

Follow-up and next steps

  • Review the 3D model and estimate. We’ll revise designs as needed until you’re satisfied.

  • Deposit and agreement: Once the design and estimate are approved, a deposit and signed work agreement reserve
